According to the law (HG 1132/2008), the customer who buys a new car battery has the obligation to hand over the old car battery to us. Car batteries contain substances that are very harmful for the environment and for people, if they are not properly recycled. To avoid accidents resulting from non-recycling and leaving this waste to chance, the law (HG1132/2008) obliges us to collect and recycle used batteries in an organized manner.
According to the law (HG 1132/2008), those who do not hand over the old battery for exchange must pay a fee of 10% of the price of the new battery, called the old/average part value fee. This amount can be recovered within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase of the new battery, if the old battery from the car is handed over. The fee collected from customers who do not return the old battery will be transferred monthly to the environmental fund. The prices displayed on the piese.radacini.ro website are expressed with the old battery for exchange.
