The companies that are part of Rădăcini Grup*, hereinafter individually referred to as the Operator, process the personal data of present, past and potential customers and business partners as part of their day-to-day economic activity.

Therefore, the Controller determines the purpose and necessity of collecting and processing your personal data. Personal data, processing of personal data means any manual or automatic operation (when you visit our site for example) of taking over / collecting, recording, keeping in the database, adapting, modifying, consulting, using, distributing, rectifying or deleting.

1. Purpose and legal basis for data collection and processing
The operator processes the data of its customers natural or legal persons through its representatives and partners (suppliers, producers) for carrying out the following activities:

• Customer service: for example, invitations to events, information about (technical) updates relating to your vehicle or any services for it, deadline notifications for maintenance/overhaul/service or breakdown assistance, Drive test.
• Customer information: contact information, for example, for communications about new and used vehicles, financing and leasing offers, dealer services, maintenance and service offers, termination of a credit or leasing agreement, or quality improvement measures for your vehicle.
• Advertising: Individualized or personalized advertising for offers, products and services.
• Customer satisfaction surveys: contact after purchase / service, for example, on the topic of satisfaction with the vehicle or services provided by the Operator.
• Related services: e.g. car registrations, car rental, intermediation of financing services.
• Legal obligations: e.g. collection of contractual data on invoices, transmission of documents to RAR.
• Ensuring the security of our employees and customers: for example, we video monitor the activity in and around workshops, showrooms and other spaces, for example offices.
• Recording information about you in order to assign or offer rewards, discounts and other benefits, as well as to satisfy other requests or requirements you may have in connection with customer reward and similar programs.
• Solving requests, questions or complaints made.

• Personal data in connection with related contract data, vehicle data, technical parts and accessories data or service and workshop data for personalised marketing and market research, e.g. (vehicle identification number, mileage, overhauls/servicing and their data, etc.).
• Your personal data identification number (name, surname, domicile, place of work, personal telephone number, email address, ID number/serial number, personal numerical code, gender, bank details.
• Identification data of your vehicle make, model, color, km.travel, chassis series, ITP, frequency of visiting our services, problems registered / solved on your car, no. invoices issued, method of payment.
• Video images – our offices (showroom, service, courtyard, annexes, etc.) are equipped with video recording equipment. These images are stored and kept for up to 6 months.
• Photo images – refer only to the employees of the Operator.
• Family status, job, income, loans/mortgages both for you as a customer and for the spouse if the purchase of a car is requested in leasing or installments.
• Generally, the personal data we hold is or has been provided by customers when they have come to our offices, when they have visited our site and left their personal data to be contacted, or when they have asked for offers by phone or email.

No corrections can be made to data on purchased / rented products, invoice value, showroom or service visits or other that would contravene the laws.
The right to be forgotten – to be deleted from the database
The controller aims to process and retain the data only for as long as this is necessary. In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data that we hold.

Customer Support – GDPR. If the period covered by consent has passed, we may still have legal grounds for processing your personal data.

The identification form in the database can be downloaded here.
Your request should also be sent to the manufacturer of your product. if it was purchased from us (e.g. Opel, Suzuki, Mazda, Citroen, Peugeot, Honda).
It will ensure that within a month the client's request will be fulfilled and the client has been deleted from all applications. The term can be extended to 2 months with prior notification of the client.
Personal data of customers who have debts to the company or to a direct partner (eg financial leasing company) will not be deleted.
Those data that must be kept as a result of legal provisions (invoices, contracts, etc.) will not be deleted.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right at any time to request the withdrawal of your communication consent.

Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you and which you have provided to the operator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to request the transmission of such data to another operator, if they have been processed on the basis of consent and the processing is done by automatic means

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of processing by the Operator of your personal data in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation.

Profiling
The controller does not usually use the data collected and processed for profiling. In some situations it will be necessary to compile profiles and segmentations for marketing purposes.
Right not to be assessed on the basis of an automated assessment
The operator respects the right of all persons who have entrusted us with their personal data not to be evaluated on the basis of automated processing.

7. Video surveillance
The operator has implemented a video surveillance system of its locations (services, showrooms, offices and surrounding spaces) to ensure the safety of the employed personnel but also of customers and other persons located on the territories belonging to the group.
The areas covered by video cameras located in the buildings and grounds belonging to the Operator are specifically signaled by banners, specific signs.
The processing of personal data through video surveillance systems is carried out through video surveillance systems that process personal data, respectively the image and other information that allows the identification of the data subjects.
The purpose of processing personal data consists in: monitoring / security of persons, spaces and / or private assets, preventing and combating crimes, fulfilling legal obligations and achieving legitimate interests. The recorded information is intended for use by the Operator and may be communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, the legal representatives / proxies of the data subject, the authorized representatives of the Operator, the prosecution / criminal investigation bodies, courts, in accordance with the provisions of national and community legislation applicable to the activity carried out by the Operator. The retention period of the recorded data is in accordance with the legislation in force.
Please note that your rights mentioned above are restricted by law and may only need to be respected by us under certain conditions.
